It's simple. When you call or request your free estimate, let us know which group you belong to. We'll apply your discount to your quoted flat-rate price — so the number you see on the estimate is the number you pay. No trip fees, no add-ons on move day.
At the time of service, our crew may ask to see a simple ID or credential (military ID, veteran ID, badge, hospital or school badge, senior ID, or student ID). That's it.
